Returning No Limits Athletes
No Limits VBC can communicate openly, offer verbals, and provide unsigned letters of intent to any returning players from the 2025-2026 season at any time up to the acceptance date which is (July 7th, 2026). Signed contracts and payment for the 2026-2027 club season can not be made until the Acceptance Dates: ALL AGES!!! - 7/7/2026. We highly suggest any returning No Limit athletes to attend as many competition evaluation clinics (May 4th-July 7th, 2026) as well as other camps and positional clinics during the summer leading up to the acceptance day to meet new players. Returning players are expected to continue to develop their skills to prepare for their 2026 school season and 2026-27 club season. If a returning No Limits player that receives a verbal offer or unsigned letter of intent is not seen consistently during the off season, said player might be subject to losing their verbal offer or their letter of intent might be revoked on any given team for the upcoming season. We hope that open and transparent communication from both parties will be upheld to make for a smooth and easy evaluation and tryout process!
ATHLETES NEW To No Limits VBC
Athletes from other clubs that are interested in joining No Limits for the 2026-2027 season are allowed to receive verbal offers or unsigned letters of intent from No Limits starting May 18th, 2026. No Limits can show interest and communicate with new athletes prior to May 18th during the Evaluation window - 5/4/2025-5/18/2025. No Limits can not provide a written/signed contract or accept any payment for the 2026-2027 season from new athletes until the Acceptance Dates: ALL AGES!!! - 7/7/2026. We highly suggest new athletes to attend as many competition evaluation clinics during 5/4/2026-5/18/2026 to express their interest in No Limits and the team/coach they are wanting to play for. Additionally we highly suggest new players to continue to attend any other clinics, camps, and positional during the summer months. If a new athlete to No Limits receives a verbal offer or an unsigned letter of intent on May 18th-July 7th, 2026 and accepts, but is not seen consistently during May-July tryout/evaluation process, they might be subject to losing their verbal offer or having their unsigned letter of intent revoked for any spot on any given team for the upcoming season. We hope that open and transparent communication from both parties will upheld to make for a smooth and easy evaluation and tryout process!
HOW TO BE EVALUATED FOR A TEAM AT NO LIMITS VBC
- Attend as many Competition Evaluation clinics as possible during (May 4th-July 7th, 2026). Players will be evaluated based on their overall skill level, ball control, hustle, teamwork, energy, athleticism, game IQ, and knowledge of the game. Parents/Players can request private, semi, or group evaluation lessons with a specific coach as well if they cannot make pre tryout evaluation clinics during this time frame.
- On May 18th, 2026 verbal offers and unsigned letters of intent can be given to new athletes interested in joining No Limits VBC. No Limits will continue to host competition evaluation clinics until our teams are full and commited with unsigned letters of intent. No Limits VBC will use July 5th-7th as final evaluation/tryout dates for anyone still searching for a club home if we have teams still looking for players.
- We advise new athletes to introduce yourself at evaluation clinics to the coaches of your specific age division as well as to the director of the club, Taylor Cooper, if coaches are not available. New and returning players please communicate openly what your intentions and goals are with us! Transparency and honesty from parents/players and our club staff/coaches will help make this a smooth and peaceful process!
Evaluation Window, Non-Binding Offers, Acceptance Date Timeline
Evaluation Window for 2026-2027
- The Evaluation Window is May 4th-17th, 2026. During this time new players to No Limits VBC can be spoken to openly, but No Limits can not provide official verbals or unsigned letters of intent until May 18th, 2026.
- Tryout Competition Evaluation clinics for all age groups will begin May 4th-July 7th, 2026. Returning players and new players to the club will be evaluated throughout this process. Our website will be updated to show if verbal offers or unsigned letters of intent that have been given or accepted.
- If you will be out of town at any point during the Evaluation/Tryout Window, but are interested in your athlete joining our club please inform us ASAP. Film can be emailed to us and we can evaluate players that way if needed. Non-Binding Offer Date / Acceptance Date
- Non Binding Offer Date - Starting May 18th, 2026 No Limits VBC can provide verbal offers as well as unsigned lettes of intent to new athletes from other clubs. No Limits will continue to host clinics, camps, and positionals until the Acceptance day July 7th, 2026 to finalize our teams.
- During May 18th - July 7th No Limits will continue to update our website to show verbal offers and unsigned letters of intent provided and accepted. We will provide verbals and unsigned letters of intent until each team has 10-12 players committed.
- We will use the Online Commitment System (OCS) in the morning of July 7th to all players who have accepted an unsigned letter of intent prior to July 7th. These OCS offers will need to be accepted immediately that morning to finalize and lock in their commitment for the 2026-2027 season. The OCS offer is a binding E-Signature and is an official contract through NTR/USAV and No Limits VBC. Players/Parents that do not accept the OCS offer that morning will be subject to losing their spot on said team and No Limits has the rights to offer that spot to any new athlete if we choose to do so.
- Parents/Players also are expected to provide the required physical paperwork as well as initial installment payments on Tuesday July 7th, 2026. Team emails will be sent with additional instructions, club documents, locations, and drop off times. If you will be out of town on July 7th please inform us via email (Director@nolimitsvbc.com), call, or text (817-455-2371). We will arrange something once you return to town!
Post Acceptance Date (July 7th-October 31st, 2026)
- Any Clinics, Positionals, Camps, Invite Only Clinics, and Private/Semi/Group Lessons after Tuesday July 7th will be considered as a tryout/evaluation. Official offers can be given during this time frame to any athlete at all age divisions to finalize team.
- Players and Parents will need to repurchase their annual USAV membership on September 1st, 2026. No Limits will send out club affiliation emails through sports engine for everyone to accept No Limits VBC as their affiliated club for the 2026-2027 season on September 1st, 2026.
Finalizing Club Teams
The skill level, number of players per team, and number of teams per age group will be determined and overall finalized on the official acceptance/signing dates - July 7th, 2026. Once the official signing dates have concluded, we will host additional Positionals, Camps, Clinics, and Lessons for athletes who missed tryouts or did not sign with a team. During this time these players will be evaluated and offered contracts to join teams that are still looking for players based on their skill level and knowledge of the game.

No Limits Elite
Expectation is to be open level for regional events and Liberty-USA level for National events. IF player and team skill level is there or develops beyond USA level during the season for national events we would compete in OPEN.
No Limits National
Expectation is to be open level for regional events and American-Liberty level for National events. IF player and team skill level is there or develops beyond Liberty level during the season for national events we would compete in USA.
No Limits Regional
Expectation is to be a mix of club/open level for regional events and American/Liberty level for National events. IF player and team skill level is there or develops beyond American level during the season for national events we would compete in Liberty for all National events.
ONLINE COMMITMENT SYSTEM
If your athlete is not in the OCS database they need to be added immediately! Players that are not found in the OCS will not be able to finalize their agreement with No Limits on the acceptance/signing dates. Sports Engine Database
Players that already have accounts will update their Sports Engine info and club affiliation on Sept. 1st when their annual USAV memberships need to be renewed. Players that do not have a sports engine account would need to have a parent or gaurdian create an account for their athlete under the family household.
Additional Information will be emailed out around mid August with instructions on how to create new Sports Engine accounts!
