Returning No Limits Athletes

No Limits VBC can communicate and offer verbal commitments to any returning players from the 2023 season once the 2023 season concludes prior to the start of the evaluation window (July 8th, 2023). No Limits can not provide a written contract or accept any payment for the 2024 season until the Acceptance Dates:

• All Ages - 7/11/2023

We highly suggest any returning No Limit athletes to attend as many camps, clinics, positionals, and lessons during the off season/summer to continue to develop their skills to prepare for the 2024 season. If a returning No Limits player that receives a verbal offer is not seen during the off season they might be subject to losing their verbal offer and spot on any given team for the upcoming season.

Athletes that are new to No Limits

Athletes from other clubs that are interested in participating at No Limits for the 2024 season have to wait till the start of the Evaluation Window (7/8/2023) to receive a verbal offer from No Limits. No Limits can show interest and communicate with new athletes prior 7/8/2023. No Limits can not provide a written contract or accept any payment for the 2024 season from new athletes until the Acceptance Dates:

We highly suggest new athletes to attend as many camps, clinics, positionals, invite only clinics, and lessons as possible prior to the evaluation window (May 8th-July 7th) and also express their interest in No Limits and the team/coach they intend to try out for.

How to be evaluated for a team at No Limits VBC

• Attend No Limits All Skills Clinics, Positionals, Camps, invite only clinics, and Private Lessons so our coaches and other athletes can get to know you during May 8th-July 7th, 2023.
• Attend Tryouts during Evaluation Period July 8th - July 11th to be evaluated for teams.
• Introduce yourself at clinics to the coaches of your specific age division. Reach out to the Head or assistant coach for the team or age division to let them know you are interested in trying to make the team for the upcoming club season! Set up a private lesson with a desired coach or coaches!

Evaluation/Tryout & Acceptance Date Timeline

• Initial Tryouts for all age groups will be held on Saturday July 8th, Sunday July 9th, and Monday July 10th. Verbal offers will be provided to new players that were not affiliated with No Limits the prior season. Offers will be given until a team reaches 10-12 players.
• All Clinics, Positionals, Camps, Invite Only Clinics, and Private/Semi/Group Lessons after Monday July 10th will be considered as a tryout/evaluation. Verbal offers will be given during this time frame to any new athlete at all age divisions that were not affiliated with No Limits last season to fill teams up to 10-12 players.
• Additional Tryouts might be held after the Acceptance Date to further complete teams that are still needing players to reach 10-12 athletes per team. These additional tryout dates and times are TBD.
• If you will be out of town during the evaluation window/tryouts process please express your interests in No Limits VBC prior to departure and contact us at 817-455-2371 or director@nolimitsvbc.com

• Official offers will be emailed out using the Online Commitment System in the morning of July 11th to all players who have accepted a verbal commitment prior to July 11th. These OCS offers will need to be accepted immediately that morning to finalize and lock in their commitment for the 2024 season. The OCS offer is a binding E-Signature and is an official contract through NTR/USAV and No Limits VBC. Players/Parents that do not accept the OCS offer will be subject to losing their spot on said team and No Limits has the rights to offer that spot to any new athlete if we choose to do so.
• Parents of players also are expected to provide the required physical paperwork as well as initial installment payments at a later date after all OCS offers are accepted. Team emails will be sent with additional instructions, club documents, locations, and drop off times.

• Players and Parents will need to repurchase their annual USAV membership on September 1st. No Limits will send out club affiliation emails through sports engine for everyone to accept No Limits VBC as their affiliated club for the 2024 season on September 1st.

• Camps, Clinics, Positionals, Invite Only Clinics, Team Clinics, or Private/Semi/Group Lesson will be considered a tryout/evaluation beyond July 12th 2023 for all new athletes that have not committed to a club. We will evaluate any new players interested in No Limits for teams that are still looking for players through the month of October! Official contracts will be given at all ages for all teams until all teams are filled to 10-12 players.

Finalizing Club Teams

The skill level, number of players per team, and number of teams per age group will be determined during the evaluation period and overall finalized on the official acceptance/signing dates. Once the official signing dates have concluded, we will host additional Positionals, Camps, Clinics, and Lessons for athletes who missed tryouts or did not sign with a team. During this time these players will be evaluated and offered contracts to join teams that are still looking for players based on their skill level and knowledge of the game.

Club Team Level Breakdown

No Limits Black (National level) - 10-11 tournaments, numerous in-state and national travel tournaments. 2 mandatory team practices a week with 1-2 mandatory conditioning. Elite players who are expected to qualify for Regionals and Nationals, maintain a top 20 regional ranking, and work on or strive to receive a college scholarship.

No Limits Blue (Regional level) - 10 tournaments, majority in-state/region travel with 1 national travel. 2 mandatory team practices a week with 1-2 mandatory conditioning. Advanced players who are expected to compete at a high level, maintain a competitive regional ranking (top 40), with qualifying for regionals being an expectation, and nationals still being a high priority/goal.

No Limits White (Metroplex level) - 8 tournaments, DFW metroples travel only. 2 mandatory team practices a week. Intermediate to advanced players wanting to play competitively, improve their skills, develop their mental and physical game, maintain a competitive regional ranking (top 60), with qualifying for regionals being a high priority/goal.

Online Commitment System

If your athlete is not in the OCS database they need to be added immediately! Players that are not found in the OCS will not be able to finalize their agreement with No Limits on the signing dates. Sports Engine Database

Players that already have accounts will update their Sports Engine info and club affiliation on Sept. 1st when their annual USAV memberships need to be renewed.
